Autumn vaccine programme - RSV and Flu vaccine
New RSV vaccine also available for anyone aged 75 to 79.
RSV is a respiratory infection.
Flu vaccine will be available from the start of October - look out for an SMS message from the surgery with a booking link.
Flu is available to over 65s, under 65s at high risk because of a health condition or ongoing treatment, pregnant women and Children who are aged 2 or 3 years on 31 August 2024 (born between 1 September 2020 and 31 August 2022).
All these vaccines provide some protection and reduce the chance of complications or hospital admission.
