Telephone Interpreting Relay Service
We are pleased to introduce a new interpreting service for patients who speak limited English.
Patients can now call us directly in their native language to talk to our reception staff.
This telephone interpreting relay service allows you to telephone Abbey Medical Center and have a conversation with our staff. The first voice you will hear will be an interpreter who speaks your language.
You will then tell the interpreter to ring abbey medical center. From this point, you will have an interpreted conversation with the (reception staff.
The telephone relay service is free for you to use and is provided by DA Languages.
We hope the telephone relay service will make Abbey Medical Center services more accessible by breaking down language barriers.
