Dr Asma Siddiqi (female) MSc MBBS MRCGP     GMC no. 4118136

Dr Siddiqi joined the Abbey Medical Centre in 2000. She studied medicine at the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine in 1994 and did an intercalated Bsc in Physiology at University College London. She worked as a hospital doctor in General Medicine  and Radiology for several years before training as a GP.  She joined the Abbey Medical Centre as a trainee and is now the longest serving member of staff. She enjoys her role as an educator and has been  teaching medical students from Kings College for many years. She is also a GP trainer.


Dr Bintu Fashola (female) MBBS MRCGP     GMC no. 5194250

Dr Fashola joined the Abbey Medical Centre in 2004. She studied medicine at the University College Hospital, Ibadan in Nigeria. She trained as a GP on the Leicester University Hospital GP Training Scheme. She looks after the residents at the St Johns Wood Nursing Home and is the practice lead for end of life care and dementia. She is also the lead for anticoagulation and is a GP trainer. Additional languages spoken: Yoruba


Dr Aythen Sohrabe (previously Elkindi) (male) MD FRCGP     GMC no. 5201859

Dr Sohrabe joined the Abbey Medical Centre in 2008. He studied medicine at the Zahedan Medical School in Iran. He trained as a GP on the Leicester University Hospital  GP Training Scheme. He is the practice lead for diabetes and long term conditions. He works as a referrals assessor for the Camden Clinical Assessment Service. He works for Camden CCG as a GP lead for diabetes and chronic kidney disease, helping and supporting other practices in Camden in providing better outcomes for their patients. Additional languages spoken: Kurdish ,Persian, Arabic  and Dari

Dr Marcus Lewis (male) MA (Oxon) MBBS MRCGP      GMC no. 6029243

Dr Lewis joined the Abbey Medical Centre in 2008. He studied medicine at the University of Oxford and at University College London Medical School. He is the practice lead for mental health, practice educational lead and is a GP trainer. He is the training programme director for General Practice at the Royal Free Hospital. He works as a referrals assessor for the Camden Clinical Assessment Service. He also has expertise as a specialist in headache and migraine. He worked at the National Migraine Centre for nine years and remains a member of the International Headache Society. He has an interest in performing arts medicine, is a former trustee of the British Association of Performing Arts Medicine and is the medical advisor to the Southbank Sinfonia orchestra.


Dr Ellie Cannon (female) MA (Cantab)MBBS MRCGP      GMC no. 6030416

Dr Cannon joined the Abbey Medical Centre in 2008. She works as a GP two days a week as the other three days she writes and broadcasts on health issues. She is the resident GP on Sky News Sunrise, the LBC health hour and has her own column in the Mail on Sunday and Best magazine. Her main interest is in children and family health, and has published a book for new mums - Keep Calm, The New Mum's Manual. She is a GP ambassador for Meningitis Now and Pancreatic Cancer Action.


Dr Dan Bernstein (male) MA (Oxon) MBBS MRCGP     GMC no. 6104865

Dr Bernstein joined the Abbey Medical Centre in 2008. He studied Mathematics & Philosophy at Oxford University before going to St George's Hospital to study medicine.  His GP training took place at the Royal Free Hospital GP Training Scheme.  He has a number of other clinical roles, including working at the Royal Free Urgent Care Centre, doing out-of-hours GP work in the evenings (where he also supervises GP trainees), and as a locum GP in various local practices. Additional languages spoken: a little bit of Spanish, French and Hebrew.


Dr Marisa Dunn (female) MRCGP MBBS      GMC no. 6129846

Dr Dunn joined the Abbey Medical Centre in 2013. She studied medicine at the University of Cambridge and at University College London Medical School. She trained as a GP on the Newham University Hospital GP Vocational Training Scheme. She has a special interest in Children's and Women's health and also in General Practice training. She will be leaving us in November 2016 on maternity leave but plans to return in 2017. Additional languages spoken: Spanish.


Dr Eduardo Di Cuffa  (male) MRCGP MBBS GMC no. 7075051

Dr Di Cuffa joined the Abbey Medical Centre in 2016. He studied medicine at Newcastle University School of Medicine. He trained as a GP on the North-East GP Speciality Training Scheme.


Dr Hannah Redhouse (female) BMedSci BMBS MRCGP GMC no. 7420344

Dr Redhouse joined the Abbey Medical Centre in 2017 as a registrar. She studied medicine at the University of Nottingham, and trained as a GP on the University College Hospital Training Scheme. She works part-time at the Abbey Medical Centre and part-time for Camden Quality Improvement Team and at Primrose Hill Surgery.
