Patient Access

Patient Access allows you to access certain parts of your medical record over the web, over time these features will be developed further and more features will become available. For now you can access the below features using Patient Access:

  • Book, cancel & check the time of appointments 24/7 without having to phone.
  • View your results and the comments that your doctor has made on your results.
  • Update your address & contact details in seconds.
  • Request repeat prescriptions

You can access this service online with your computer or tablet, you can also download free apps for iOS and Android devices by searching for “Patient Access” in the respective Apple or Google app stores.

How to register

You can register in one of two ways:

1. Online Registration

You can Register online from the link below, just click the “No” button when asked if we have provided you with a registration letter. After completing your registration online, it can take a few working days for your account to be approved – during this period you will have limited access but you will be able to book appointments online, you will be notified by email once we have approved your account.

To use this online registration process your demographic details must be an exact match to what we have on our practice system, if your details are not up to date on our system then please contact the surgery

2. Via the Surgery Reception

You can come into the surgery and speak to a receptionist who will enable Patient Access for you and print off everything that you need to get started. On the register now page, linked below, click the “Yes” button when prompted if we have provided you with a registration letter.
